In this month's Marie Claire magazine with Lea Michelle on the front (lookin gorgeous! I heart Glee) comes one of two nail varnishes by ciaté. I've never heard of the brand but loved the colours when I saw them.
I got the ciaté paint pot in Dangerous Affair and it's a gorgeous deep, dark shade of red. The other freebie colour was a lighter red that didn't stand out to me as much as this one. The camera flash makes it appear a brighter red than it actually is, in person it's a beautiful dark red.
Please excuse the messiness of the application :) It has nothing to do with the brush, which is nice and thick and makes application possible in about 3 strokes for an opague layer. I applied 2 layers in the photo above and would have applied a third if X Factor wasn't on shortly and I need to get myself ready!
This nail polish retails at £9, so deffo worth getting the magazine and polish for a fraction of that :)
I must take a look at this. The last thing I need is another red polish but it is a freebie...
