Press Release: Skin Essentials by Mariga

I was sent this press release today and thought I'd share it with you all.  It is about a product launch from Skin Essentials by Mariga called Winter Skin Balm.  I was immediately intrigued because my skin goes mad over the winter with constant central heating on and the freezing weather of Ireland.  I'm curious if anybody has tried any of the products from the line yet? Especially this new one?

NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH FROM SKIN ESSENTIALS BY MARIGA

WINTER SKIN BALM

The latest product launch from Skin Essentials by Mariga is a limited-edition product
aimed at protecting facial skin from the drying effects of cold weather / central
heating.

This luxurious, rich mousse is a blend of rosehip seed oil, shea butter and powerful
anti-oxidants, and can be used in many ways. It takes just this one product to bring
your existing homecare routine through the winter.

  • Use a pinch of Winter Skin Balm mixed with your regular moisturiser to
  • enhance richness and add protection from the elements.
  • Use alone as a mask to combat dehydration lines.
  • Apply a thin layer under your SPF for extra protection during outdoor
  • exposure.
  • Invaluable for skiers / outdoor workers / anyone with dry skin.
  • One 30ml pot of this highly concentrated cream will last through the entire
  • winter of normal usage. Price €15.
As with all Skin Essentials products, Winter Skin Balm is not tested on animals and
the packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable.

  1. Hmmm it looks like of interesting, if you try it will you let me know how you get on? My lips get so chapped during the winter months despite using lip balms like coca butter, it's horrible, if something like this would help out then I'd give it a try!

  3. @Eadaoin - yes it makes a great lip treatment. Makes your lipstick go on really smoothly too if you wait a few minutes after application (while you do the rest of your make-up).
