Product Rave: Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2-in-1 Wash Mask

While blogging about my experience with the Neutrogena Multi Defence Skincare line, I remembered that I hadn't written about my most repurchased beauty product!  So without further ado, I would like to fill you in on the Neutrogena Visibly Clear 2-in-1 Wash Mask.  I got this latest one in my local pharmacy for €4.66, but I usually pick it up in Boots when there's a 3 for 2 offer on.

It can be used in 2 ways, firstly, as a wash.  Neutrogena says "Used daily, it effectively removes dirt, oil and impurities and helps reduce and prevent spots."   Then as a mask "the soft clay based formula absorbs excess oil and unclogs pores to purify skin deep down."

Now, I am still prone to the odd breakout, especially on my chin and cheeks every now and then, so when I feel an eruption bubbling away, I use this as a mask.  I lash it on my face and then go about my business in the shower, trying not to get it in my eyeballs.  Otherwise I use it every second day or so as a normal face wash.

It has a thick, creamy consistency with tiny little gritty pieces in it.  It has a fresh scent and makes my skin tingle nicely when it's on.

It's not the kind of mask that dries hard, so it rinses off really easily leaving really bright and glowing skin.  I absolutely love this stuff and will keep repurchasing  it.  Has anyone else tried it?  Or are there any other skincare products out there that I should try?

  3. I tried this one too! Like you, my problem area is my chin, however the last time I've used this, it resulted in one hell of an irritation- on my entire face :(. Considering I do not have sensitive skin at all, I've been reluctant to using any Neutrogena products since.

However, I am not surprised you like this one, EVERYONE does...except me :( !*sobs*
