NOTD - HRH from butter LONDON

Just call me Your Royal Highness ladies.  I'm wearing HRH (Her Royal Highness dontcha know) on my nails today from butter LONDON.  This is is proper royal purple, crown jewels purple, doing the royal wave with my purple nails purple.  It has a metallic sheen that catches the light beautifully.  While driving into town after work today, I will fully admit, I drove with both hands on the steering wheel, fingers straight, so I could admire these nails in the sunlight.  When finally getting around to taking these photos, the sunlight had gone, so flash photography shows the beauty of it best.

You can see the tiny bits of micro glitter running through it, truly gorgeous.

With flash and without flash
I got it in TK Maxx a few weeks ago where they had 3 butter LONDON polishes for €16.99.  Bargaintastic indeed.  This one spoke to me, as nail polishes do.  There is wear on the tips already but I type for nearly 10 hours a day and that's not including typing at home, so I don't mind it wearing away a bit.  I used two coats to get it fully opaque.

This polish may not make one feel like a queen or a princess, but it will make one look at one's nails in admiration of what is a truly beautiful polish.

Ps - For some reason, last year at work I started waving to people at work with a "royal" wave, soon after we all did it.  Now I know it was in preparation for my Royal Nails!

Do we like?  What other butter LONDON polishes should I check out ladies?

  2. Very pretty! I have been wanting to try a butter LONDON polish but I'm still deciding which one to buy first! I recently got my first Illamasqua polish and I have to say it is becoming my favorite brand.
