Everything's coming up roses with the new Nuxe cleansing range!

Ladies.  I am on a mission.  A mission that you will benefit from and thank me later.  I want everyone to ditch the make up wipes!  I am a recovering wipe addict and since ditching them last year, my skin looks and feels a million times better.  If there's one thing you can do for your skin, it's to cleanse it properly and thanks to the new cleansing range from French skin care brand Nuxe, there really is something for everyone in the audience.

No matter if you like micellar cleansers ( I reviewed the Nuxe micellar cleanser a couple of weeks ago) masks, gel cleansers, toners, foaming cleansers, they've created something to suit everyone and their own skin type.  At the launch, I was given the range to play with and play with them I have.  I have them all lined up in my bathroom like a little pink Nuxe army.

First up, let's talk packaging.  They're all pink to make the boys wink with the exception of the mask.  I love that the more liquidy products have a flip top lid.  I lose lids all the time and then can't bring the products away with me so there's no chance of this happening.  The cleanser has a pump dispenser which gives you a grand amount of product to clean your mush.

All of the products are suitable for sensitive skin and are delicately fragranced by the new star ingredient; floral water extract of Damascus Rose.  There's nothing "old lady" about the scent of rose in these products! I've reviewed the Micellar Cleansing Water (€14.90) in this post so go forth and learn more about it there.  The Gentle Exfoliating Gel (€17.90) does exactly what it says on the tube.  It's gentle and exfoliating!  The Clarifying Cream-Mask (€19.40) is gorgeous and leaves my skin feeling soft, bright and refreshed.

On days where I want to go old school and do a cleanse and tone, I use these bad boys.  The Comforting Cleansing Milk (€14.45) cools my skin down and is gentle enough to use on my eyes to remove my make up.  I like to use two cotton pads, apply a pump of the cleanser on each pad and start wiping the dirt and grime away. When I feel my skin is cleansed, another two cotton pads come out and on goes the Gentle Toning Lotion (€14.45).  It's lovely and light, doesn't tingle or irritate my skin, just does what it's supposed to do and removes any remaining traces of the cleanser.

If I'm feeling lazy in the make up removal department, I use the Melting Cleansing Gel (€13.45) which can be used on the eyes too.  I tend to use this one in the shower and make sure I have a muslin cloth handy to remove the product and dirt off my skin.  It has a lovely light texture and again is really cooling and soothing on the skin. Finally is the Micellar Foaming Cleanser (€14.90) and this is my morning cleanser.  There's something about applying a handful of bubbles onto my face that helps wake me up!  Because it's essentially a load of suds, I don't use it to remove my make up, instead using it to refresh my skin first thing in the morning.  I love it.

The new cleansing range is available in Arnotts and selected pharmacies nationwide.

If there's anything you'd like a more in depth review of, just leave a comment below and I'll get on it toute suite!  So what sounds good to you ladies?
