I bought this neutral palette for €7.99 I think. I emailed them last week to check the prices and they haven't gotten back to me yet so the price will have to be an approximation until I can get to the chemist or they email back.
The quartet eye shadow palette in 401 has obviously four shades ranging from a pale cream to a dark bronzey brown. The packaging is white and plastic and while it's not great, it's not terrible either. It comes with a bendy sponge applicator that was immediately set aside for possible nail art (it's good for doing gradient nails) and you get a decent amount of each of the shadows.
Of course you want to see swatches don't you? They're really decently pigmented and are soft and buttery without much fallout. They blend really easily and I think a palette like this with these shades is a good way for a newbie to start experimenting with make up. (I must totally make Joanne use it for the craic and see how fool proof it is!)
And a little side by side swatch action. Not bad at all for a budget brand! The two middle shades look a bit similar on my arm, but one is more orange toned and one has a brown/gold tinge to it so you're ok. You'll get four different shadows. You can do a few looks with this palette and I'll get cracking on some to show you.
