Last week I showed you Lucky Penny and some beautiful neutrals from Avon and I'm back with more! I've eight more shades and with the help of Joanne's lovely nails, we've swatched them all as we know it can be hard ordering products from a catalogue without seeing them in person.
These are the eight shades in question and like the rest of the range, they've an "advanced acrylic strength formula to increase nail strength by 80%." They're €8 each but keep an eye out for introductory offers.
So let's get down to business shall we?
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Berry Shimmer
Berry Shimmer is a muted pink polish with fine pink and gold shimmer running through it. It's a sheer polish and needs the three coats to be fully opaque. What you're left with is a really pretty, unassuming manicure and I was pleasantly surprised I liked it as much as I do.
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Viva Pink
Viva Pink is a bright blue toned bubblegum pink that makes me happy to look at! Again, this needs three coats and you're left with a shiny finish and a smile on your face. The formula is kind of between a cream and a jelly but it's a big hit at Casa Girlie Bits!
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Orchid Splash
Orchid Splash made me go ooh when I applied it on Joanne's nails. It's a mixture between a pink and a lilac and just looks so delicate on the nails. It looks really thin when applied at first but after the third coat, you can't see the nail line. Love it.
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Red Reveal
Red Reveal also made me go ooh when I applied it onto the first nail. Then it made me say over and over "This is so nice, look Joanne, isn't it so nice? Would you look at it?" And so on. Although it looks like a true red on the nail in the photos, in real life it has a more of blue tone to it, almost verging on raspberry. Sophisticated and beautiful. We love.
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Cherry Jubilee
Cherry Jubilee is a rich, deep winey red that is absolute perfect for autumn. If you're afraid of bright red polishes then this will be right up your street.
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Tweed
Tweed is a deep wine shade that made me think of True Blood when I first applied it! It's vampy, sexy and will be on my nails a lot in the colder months. Because the formula is on the sheer side, I'd recommend three coats which is one more than the two we had here. Only in the photos can you see the slight patchiness but in real life, it's gorgeous!
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Inky Blue
Inky Blue looks like it some slight shimmer in the bottle but on the nails, it looks like a stunning navy blue polish with the barest hint of iridescence to give it some dimension on the nails. If you're afraid of glittery polishes but love the idea of midnight blue shades, this has you sorted.
Avon Nailwear Pro+ Noir Emerald
Noir Emerald how I love you. I don't wear a lot of green polishes but this one has changed my mind completely. A shimmery emerald green polish? Yes please. I can guarantee you that this will be on my nails a helluvalot in the coming months and it's safe to say that I am in The Love.
These polishes are available now from Avon reps and you can find your local representative here.
