Orly Oui nail polish - Oui Oui Oui!

On a recent excursion to TK Maxx, something came over me.  The way it usually does when I'm in that shop.  The same thing happens each time.  Joanne and I walk in together.  I say to her "You know where I'll be" and to be honest, it's more out of habit that I say those words rather than actually telling her where I'll be.  We both know I'll be rooting in the make up and cosmetics section.  The way I do.  I can't root through clothes in there but holy moly I can root through products like nobody's business.

Anyway, I showed you a brief look at the polishes I picked up and I have Joanne trained well as she was the one who'd spotted the pack of Orly polishes.  One immediately stood out to me.  And for that reason I bought the pack.  This is the shade in question.

Oui by Orly.  It is a stunning shade that consists of a purple base with gold shimmer running through it.  It looks like there are hints of green and bronze shimmer too giving it so much dimension and yes, it's one of those polishes I find myself looking closely at and tilting my nails in the light to see it in all it's glory.

Although I've never been to Morocco, it has that vibe and I'm going to say something wild now.... It's a gorgeous polish for autumn.  Yes, it's August.  In my mind, August is still summer but the calender says it's autumn... I find myself reaching for darker polishes these days now, I can't help it!
