How much is my face worth?

I don't know how many times I've been asked how much money I spend on beauty products and usually my response is a muttered "I dunno, sure it's for the blog".

I am scared doing this but I'm going to bite the bullet and go through what I'm wearing on my face today and add up the prices of every product I used.  This terrifies me as I like to live in a world of denial when it comes to how much money I spend on money and like to stick my fingers in my ears and go "Lalalalala".  I'm lucky in that I'm sent a lot of products to review and I use that piece of fortune to further justify my love of trying and buying new things!

So this is what I used today.

I know it looks like a lot of products and chances are you mightn't use as many as me, but full disclosure baby!  I bought some of the products myself, was given some by the brands and bought some in New York, so I'll use a currency calculator to convert the prices.  As I'm writing this post, I haven't added up any totals, so here we go!

Origins Plantscription Anti-aging foundation - €36.00
Smashbox Halo Hydrating Perfecting Powder - €49.00*
Lancome Blush Subtil Palette - $42.00/€31.50
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush - $25.00/€19.00

Stila In The Light Palette - £25.00/€30.00*
Smashbox Brow Tech To Go - €23.00*
Urban Decay Primer Potion - €20.00
Giorgio Armani Eyes To Kill Excess mascara - €29
Clinique Bottom Lash mascara - €15

And the grand total is €252.50.  Sweet baby Jesus... It's mad seeing a total like that but I guess I wouldn't be much a beauty lover if I didn't have a crazy total?  Or am I trying to justify it too much?!

Please do me a favour and add up your total and leave it in the comments below because I'm freaking out and was going to do my skincare totals too but was too scared.  Now I'm glad I didn't!
