Part of the gel-finish collection, Prickly Pear is a pale lilac shade that is perfect for Spring and yes, it's officially Spring as of today! This shade had a thinner consistency than Blueberry, so you'd definitely need three coats for this one.
Again, it dries to a high gloss shine and is soft, season appropriate and just gorgeous. Again, I applied a coat of Seche Vite half because I hate dents in my polish but also because I wasn't going to be able to photograph my nails for a day after applying the polish. But I assure you, my nails looked really glossy before any top coat.
I haven't been this excited by nail polish colours in ages, so well done Barry M for igniting the flame of love again!

Will be hunting some of these polishes down!

Looks but a bit dull, it should be great with a little dust on it.
ReplyDeleteThat's a lovely colour, I'm gonna have to pick up these ones now.
ReplyDeleteThey're adding a few new shades to this collection soon too; I've seen swatches of them online, the pastel green one has my name and address all over it!!
that colour is amazing, I've been looking for a nice lavender-ish shade for ages!
ReplyDeleteI love blue polish and my latest love is Barry M Gelly in Blue Plum (the name doesn't do a great job of describing it as it's a lovely dark denim blue - don't know what the plum refers to). I gives great cover with just one coat which suits my lazy nail polish routine perfectly.
ReplyDeleteKaren thanks x MILLION for my bottle of blueberry that arrived today. I owe ya one lady xxx
