Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector 05 Candy Shimmer

One of my favourite lip products this year so far are the Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors.  I love them with all my heart and after being sent the lightest shade, Petal Shimmer, last month, I knew I had to get the pinky corally shade, Candy Shimmer.  So I did.  In the airport.  And that's allowed, correct?

Like Petal Shimmer, Candy Shimmer hydrates and protects the lips while nourishing and repairing them too.   But what I love about Candy Shimmer is that it has more colour and coming in to summer, I'm all about trying to incorporate a bit more life into the lips.

There's nothing like a bit of sunlight to show off some beautiful swatches eh?  You can see the fine shimmer running through both shades, which gives the glossy shine and these guys aren't the least bit sticky, so smush your lips together as much as you want!  The swatch on the back of my hand is more true to colour than the photos on my lips.  The light wasn't working properly so obviously I need to go to Spain for photoshoots more often.

I can't say enough good things about these products and yes, I'm probably going to get the third one soon.  In the duty free.  Again, it doesn't count as spending if it's international ahem.  And they're €17 in shops but around the €14 mark in duty free.  It would be a sin not to, no?

Have you tried the Instant Light Natural Lip Perfectors yet?

  2. Both are absolutely gorgeous! I have probably seen these a million times but walked past them because I sometimes think of Clarins as a "mom" brand. But Im definitely going to need to take a look at the Clarins counter next time I'm in the mall <3 xo
