Maybelline Bleached Neons - Coral Heat photos, review

Let's be honest, we all know that when I see a coral polish, I'm going to get it.  It doesn't matter if I have millions already, I'm a collector and rather than go home to sit on the couch and lament the fact that I should've bought this polish, I snatched it up knowing that my first instincts were going to be right.  See I'd seen the promo shots and knew that Coral Heat was The One for me.

The Bleached Neon collection is perfectly named because yes, Coral Heat is a neon polish in all it's glory but is ever so slightly muted meaning that you won't blind the eyeballs off yourself when you're wearing it.

It's the perfect blend of peachiness and coraliness giving me a fantastically bright manicure, the likes of which looks so much prettier when the sun is shining.  It makes me look tanned when I'm not wearing a screed of it, so I can't wait to see what it's like once I actually bronze myself up.  Well, my arms anyway.

The formula is very thick, so try to apply thin layers which is easier said than done.  I think I got a wonky brush in my bottle as lots of the bristles were splayed out, making it more difficult to keep things neat.  But in saying that, all of these photos show two coats of Coral Heat with absolutely no tidying up on the nails or cuticles, so my advice is to take your time and you'll be grand.

I think there are three other shades in the collection, but to be honest, I just went googly eyed over this one and didn't pay much attention to the rest of the Maybelline stand.  €5.99 is the damage and you absolutely need this if you're a fan of bright polishes because your fingers and tootsies will look amazing with Coral Heat on them!
