So I decided to go all Loyd Grossman to an extend and show you the products I use every day. The products I repurchase again and again and the products I love in the shower. I'm not going to go completely Loyd Grossman and do a bathroom tour because we would be there for the duration. No lie.
First up are the face products.
Top left is Neutrogena's Visibly Clear 2 in 1 Mask/Wash. This is my go-to product of all time I think and I reviewed it here. Top right is L'Oreal Perfect Clean Foaming Gel Wash. I don't like the plastic scrubby thing but the gel itself is nice. Bottom left is Lush's Ocean Salt Facial Scrub. Love this scrub with all my heart and full review is here. Finally on the bottom right is La Roche-Posay Effaclar Purifying Foaming Gel. This is a really gentle face wash that I got from work a while back. If anyone wants a full review just leave a comment below.
Next up are my go to body products.
During the summer, I become even more obsessed with Dove products. To me, there is nothing nicer than having a shower and using this Beauty Care Body Wash because I love the clean smell it leaves on my skin. This is my favourite body wash hands down and if they did a perfume, I would totally buy that too! Right now, Dove original deodorant will have to do (which is my go-to deodorant too, especially in this humid weather, ugh). I'm obsessed with The Body Shop's Coconut Body Scrub too and I'm making my way through this little pot of joy and it smells like holidays which is always good.
Finally are my hair products.
I know this looks like I'm being sponsored by Dove but I promise I'm not! I will reiterate that I love the smell of their products and the Intensive Repair Shampoo & Conditioner are my every day hair products. These leave my hair so soft and shiny and smelling good. I took these to Spain with me too to help me feel fresh in the heat! Bottom left is Tresemme's hair mask for extra dry, brittle hair. I like to use this once a week in the shower to help treat my locks to some loving. Bottom right is Lush's Godiva shampoo/conditioner bar. If anyone from Lush is reading this, please have the chats with the head honchos and please bottle this scent. I need it in perfume form. I love love love this bar and catch myself smelling it like a lunatic every now and then. Love it. Can you tell I love it?
Anyway dear readers, these are my much loved products used every day. They're my comfort bits. I will still try every product out there because it's in my DNA to, but right now, these are my favourites. If, for some sick and twisted reason, you would like to see all the products in my bathroom, leave a comment below and I will first clean said bathroom and maybe do a short video showing how I am a crazy product lady.
What are your favourite shower time treats? I call upon you to enable me and inspire me to try new products and see if they'll make the cut!
Lush 'It's Raining Men' shower gel is being made permanent this month, you NEED to get hold of it! Yum yum.

Great post, I have so much stuff in my shower too. I might even do a post on it all.
ReplyDeleteMy favourite thing has to be my new Holy Grail hair combo of Trichomania shampoo and Naked Bounce conditioner. I've come a long way from the days when I wouldn't stray from a matching shampoo and conditioner and my hair is grateful for it.
I love the wash/mask its amazing :)
ReplyDeleteOh you product whore, here is your sister. I love the dove stuff too, but santuary spa from boots is my fave. Originals shower gels are the bomb. the scents are out of this world
ReplyDeleteLush do bottle the scent of Godiva. It's called Lust and it is full of Jasmine. It's my favourite perfume.
ReplyDeleteMix with Godiva and it's like layering up.
:):):)
I'm not sure I understand the difference between L'Oréal Perfect Clean and 360 Clean? I don't think we have Perfect Clean here in Canada but we do have the Scrublet (:
ReplyDeleteI'm an Effaclar fan too! In the shower, I try to keep it to a minimum as my husband feels invaded otherwise!
ReplyDeleteI really want to try the Lush Ocean Salt! :) I have no specific shower product favorites.
ReplyDeletei love lo-real products and i want some more pages like this at

I absolutely LOVE posts like these! I guess I'm just relieved that I'm not the only nosy person, peeking around in my friends' bathrooms... LOL
